Cancellations or rebookings made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of the full cost of treatment.
Emergencies are of course unavoidable and will be taken taken into account when charging a cancellation fee.
Please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment. Should you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking, your treatment may need to be rebooked or in the case of individual lashes, another follow up appointment made to complete the treatment.
All new clients are required to complete a client record card to ensure contact details are correct, treatment details are noted & to comply with insurance requirements.
Client details will be stored securely in line with the current GDPR legislation.
Patch tests must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for all new clients. Regular clients may also be asked to patch test periodically to comply with insurance requirements.
Whilst a reaction to the products used is unlikely, it can happen and it is something Emma will talk through during your patch test. A reaction or sensitivity can occur at you first appointment, or one could develop months or years into having lash treatments. Medical advice should be sought in any eventuality of this.
Prior to your appointment please ensure you remove all traces of eye make up. Should you attend your appointment with eye make-up that needs removing; it is not only time consuming and leaves less time to apply your fabulous lashes, but it could also impact the quality of treatment and affect the adhesive bond.
When removing make-up prior to your appointment be sure to avoid any oil based make-up removers as this too is likely to affect the adhesive bond.
It is not unusual to shed a few lashes in the first couple of days following yocur appointment due to some natural lashes being at the end stage of the lash cycle. Your lash cycle lasts approximately 4-6 weeks so you will continue to lose a couple of lashes daily throughout this period. Infills are required to maintain a full look every 2-3 weeks.
Your lifestyle will greatly impact your treatment. If you work with heat, steam or oil, you may find lashes don't last as well as expected. Some medications may also effect lash retention.
Take care not to sleep on your lashes, pick or pull them. Ensure you follow all aftercare instructions to get the best from your lashes.
