Whilst little upkeep is required, care must be taken in the 48 hours post treatment to maximise the most from your lashes.

Avoid any sunbeds, saunas, swimming pools and steam rooms. Exposing your lashes to high temperatures may cause your lases to drop and therefore the treatment may not be as long lasting. It is ok to bathe or shower, providing you do not submerge your eyes or face fully into the water.

When washing or cleansing your face, avoid rubbing your eyes and lashes and refrain from using eyelash curlers. Avoid using oil based products and waterproof mascara on lashes and ensure you brush your lashes regularly with a clean wand to maintain their shape and direction.

Highly recommended is Noveau Lash and Brow Conditioning Serum which not only acts as a primer for mascara, it is full of nourishing properties, to promote healthy, strong lashes.

Nouveau Lash and Brow Serum can be purchased from littlelashhoney on request

Individual lashes

Care must be taken in the first 48 hours after your individual lashes are applied. Avoid any sunbeds, saunas, swimming pools and steam rooms. Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours.

Refrain from using oil based skin cleansers and moisturisers around the eye area, The oily formula can break down bonds holding your lashes on and ultimately lead to a sooner infill appointment than you were expecting.

Mascara is not recommended for use when you have individual lash extensions. Not only will it clump your beautiful lashes together, It is incredibly difficult to remove!

Avoid sleeping on your front/face. Lashes can bend on themselves and look uneven. Now is the time to start sleeping like a princess!

Lashes must be kept clean to avoid any build up of debris, dirt or bacteria. A mild baby shampoo can be used to wash and comb through your lashes daily.

Regular maintenance appointments will care for your natural lashes. it is advisable to book your next infill at every appointment to ensure you secure a booking and maintain the volume and look of lashes you desire.

Lashes should be professionally removed using Nouveau's Lash Extension Remover. Do not attempt to remove individual lashes yourself to avoid damaging your natural lashes. This service is available at littlelashhoney, however an appointment must be booked in advance.
